1. Reservation Fee: A non-refundable reservation fee of $10.00 must be paid to secure your space.
2. Setup Time: Sellers are allowed to set up their items starting at 6:00 AM All items must be set up before the sale begins (7:30 AM). If you are not setup before 7:30 you will not be able to participate.
3. Operating Hours: The yard sale will be open to the public from 7:30 AM- 1:30 PM
4. Clean Up: All sellers are responsible for cleaning up their area after the sale. Please take all unsold items with you and leave the space as you found it.
5. No Early Birds: Please do not arrive before the designated setup time. Early shoppers can disturb the preparations.
6. No Selling of Food or Drinks: Only personal items, handmade goods, or crafts are allowed. The sale of food and beverages is prohibited.
7. Pricing: Sellers should clearly price all items. Price tags or stickers are recommended to avoid confusion.
8. No Electricity: No power sources will be available. Please bring your own lighting if needed, as the sale is outdoors.
9. Personal Responsibility: Sellers are responsible for their own items and any transactions made. The event organizers are not liable for lost or stolen items.
10. Respect Others: Please be courteous to other sellers and shoppers. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
11. Pets: No Pets allowed.
12. Space Limitations: Each seller is allotted a designated space. Please do not extend into neighboring spaces.
